Blondage High Bright Pre-Treatment is a pre-shampoo and step #1 of a full haircare system that answers to blondes who lose lightness and brightness in the weeks between salon visits. What It Does

Blondage High Bright Pre-Treatment treats hair with chelating agents to prep and clarify before shampooing. Its Vitamin C composition is known for its brightening benefits in skincare and brightens hair that has dulled, darkened, or mattified due to dulling agents and pollution. This system is formulated with chelators for instant results and lightweight finish for a non-drying look & feel.

Using the entire High Bright system will provide a brighter blonde instantly. This pre-treatment or pre-shampoo is for blondes looking to brighten and lighten hair. What is the difference between Redken's Blondage Core and Blondage High Bright? The Blondage Core is formulated with violet-pigmented toning technology for high level blondes looking to take out brass and neutralize orange or yellow tones. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Application was tricky I received this product free from influenster and Redken. It definitely helped maintain my highlights. My only concern is the spray application. It was a hassle to spray the product into my hand then put it on my hair. I think that either a spray tip or a different container would be better. I also had to guess how much to use since the label didn't say.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from works well I will say first that the bottle design could be better because the way the product is kind of slimy it’s difficult to spray throughly through the hair and get out the bottle which is why I find it easier to spray in my hands first then run it through my hair but it’s hard to tell if I’m getting it all the way through my hair even if I brush it so I feel like it takes a lot per treatment. I use a spray bottle to dampen my hair first and then run this through the best I can and let it sit for the recommended time before washing and following with the shampoo and conditioner, I couldn’t tell if there was a difference with just the spray though and the smell is quite strong as most salon products are and being a natural blonde I was curious to see how the turn out would be. I overall like the idea of pre treatment since it has to sit so I do believe it does help enhance the blonde in advance.

Very strange considering it’s a plastic bottle. It smells nice and seems to spray well but that’s all I can say to the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy To Use Pre-Treatment This pre-treatment that goes with the shampoo and conditioner is really nice, it smells pretty good and is easy to spread and saturate your hair with. I don't know what effect it would have on it's own because I used the shampoo and conditioner immediately afterward, but overall the combo of products left my hair really soft and a slightly lighter golden tone than before! My hair is not color-treated so I didn't expect much of a difference and I'm happy with the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This System WORKS I’ve tried just about every purple shampoo or bright blonde system I can find, and I feel like eventually my balayage ends up brassy regardless. However, this system WORKS. I never tried the components separately, so I can’t speak to the spray’s individual effectiveness. The spray nozzle was a bit hard to use, but I just sprayed it on my hands and then rubbed it through my hair and that worked perfectly fine. I compared this against my more expensive purple shampoo and conditioner I’ve been using for a month or two and this was significantly better at brightening my hair. The one drawback is that, like most ultra-blonde systems, it was a bit drying. Alternating it with a more hydrating shampoo and conditioner takes care of that issue, though.

It does seem to help my scalp. it feels like it helps my hair get really clean and loosens product before shampooing but the spray is so thick that it doesn't spray out well and I'm standing forever in the shower to cover my hair because it's supposed to be on damp hair so I just stopped using g this part of the trio

When you combine the treatment, shampoo & conditioner, it really gives my blonde hair a bright boost! Rated 4 out of 5 by from love it! I love Redken products, so I was really excited when I got the chance from Influenster and Redken to try out this pre-shower spray. It’s the first part of a 3 product Blondage High Bright system that helps brighten up those blonde highlights to keep them looking salon fresh for longer. You’re supposed to spray it 5-10 minutes before taking the shower to allow it to soak in and help seal the cuticles. It sprayed really well into my hair and smelled heavenly! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it’s supposed to be done so far in advance of a shower, that I would usually forget to use it and feel like I didn’t get to have the full experience.

I do 5 steps at least , after this, and for me that means planning it out. That's not always possible. But I'm excited for the Blondage High Bright overall. It's innovative and interesting. I really enjoyed this VoxBox.
