SHIPPING ADDRESS

SalonCentric ships within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Kentucky (select areas), Missouri (select areas), Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas (select areas), P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

If you would like to ship to another address, log in to SalonCentric.com and enter the address where you will be shipping. When possible, we recommend you ship to a Commercial Address. Our carriers will require a signature for a commercial delivery but for a residential delivery they will leave the box near residence and provide a photo Proof of Deliver (POD). SalonCentric is not responsible for lost or missing shipments shipped to a residential address.

Orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates for orders placed on SalonCentric.com vary by region and order size. Please check your shopping cart for the shipping rates for your order - click "Shipping (Estimated 2-3 Business Days)" below Order Subtotal.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking information where available for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can check your order status in the My Account page or contact Customer Care.

DELIVERY TIMES

Generally, you should receive your product within 2-3 business days once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Additionally, customers can set up a UPS My Choice account for UPS shipments. This will allow you to receive free estimated delivery times, get delivery notifications, get delivery photos, and add delivery instructions for your driver.


ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking is available for most orders; however, this may vary depending on your location. Please note that tracking information availability may vary depending on the carrier that services your area.

Click on My Orders at the top of any SalonCentric.com page, then click the "Track" button next to the order. Your tracking information (carrier name and tracking number) will be visible, as well as transit status and estimated delivery date. You can also enter your phone number to get text message notifications.

To track the status of your order, first log in to your SalonCentric.com account. Please remember that when you log in, you will be asked for a shipping address even though you are only looking up information.
