I have used the NN shades to cover grey and have been able to switch from permanent color to thus for white / grey coverage on a few of my clients . Especially love the 7NN,6NN, 5NN.

The swatch is clearly a pretty honey/golden blonde. MY ROOTS ARE NOT THAT. I used the correct correlating developer and follow the instructions…I’ve been a stylist for 7 years and have NEVER had anything like this happen. I used a clarifying shampoo right away as soon as I noticed but it could only strip so much out. So disappointed, now I have to get my hair fixed.
