Brass Off is a professional salon clarifying shampoo that neutralizes brassy tones while refreshing your hair with cool tones.

What It Does

Best for brunettes who lighten or highlight their hair, this shampoo deposits balancing blue-violet pigments to reduce brassy tones in all hair types. It can be left on your clients’ hair for 3-5 minutes for added toning.

•â€¯The Brass Off haircare range neutralizes brassy, orange undertones in just one wash when using the Shampoo and Mask. The full collection includes a Shampoo, Conditioner, Mask and Toning Spray.

 

• The products feature a fragrance with top notes of nectarine, raspberry, and passion fruit.

• Apply to wet hair lather and rinse well. Leave on 3-5 minutes before rinsing and follow with Brass Off Conditioner.

I always notice my blonde getting a little brassy within a couple weeks of getting my hair done each time. My stylist recommended getting a purple shampoo that would help to keep my tone fresh and bright. This shampoo did it for me! I use it about once a week, and even after one use, I could tell there was a huge difference in my color— I would recommend it for sure! The instructions tell you to leave it in for 3-5 minutes before washing it out. It's a very deep purple shampoo so if it's your first time trying it out, I would definitely suggest you DONT leave it on any longer than 3-4 minutes until you see how your hair will react. It worked great for me, but the deep color did make me a little afraid of dying my hands or highlights the first time.

With the product being a clarifying blue-violet shampoo, it’s not as moisturizing as I’d like, but it still left my hair looking beautiful & feeling light. My hands were a little stained but they washed out pretty good. I wish that the shampoo smelled as good as the other products in the Brass Off Line though.

My hair hasn’t dried out and with the conditioner, it stays so soft. I think I can confidently keep a cool blonde from turning yellow.

It works very well and has kept my 8+ week highlights looking great (I wash my hair like 5 + times a week and use this shampoo 2-3 times a week). It didn't hurt my hair, but didn't so much positive either. I won't rebuy but I'm sure it works fine for people who need it.

It lathered up well and the best part, it smells AMAZING! I have used some shampoos where the smell was just too intense and this smells amazing but isn’t overpowering. I can’t recommend this product enough. My hair smelt great, was less brassy and left it looking amazing. Works best when you use the whole system of Brads Off shampoo and conditioner and toning spray!

It dramatically helped to tone down any orange or brassiness in my blonde hair. It brightened it quite a bit too. Rinsed clean without leaving hair dry.
