Blond Studio 9 Bonder Inside is an oil-enriched level 9 powder lightener with built-in bond protection. 

What It Does

• Lifts up to 9 levels quickly, even on the darkest bases. 

• Improves hair feel with an oil-enriched lightening system. 

• Provides bond protection without the need for added bonders. 

What Else You Need to Know

• Offers the same lifting power as Blond Studio 9, with the added benefit of bond protection. 

• Powder texture. 

• Best for lifting dark bases while protecting hair bonds. 

• Use only with 20- or 30-volume Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer (20-volume for on-scalp application only). 

• Keep processing time within 50 minutes. 

Recommended Mixing Ratios:

•Balayage: 1:1, 20- or 30-vol Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer

•Foil Highlights: 1:1.5, 20- or 30-vol Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer

•Global On-scalp: 1:2 or 1:3, 20-vol Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer

 

On-Scalp Applications:

•On-scalp: 20-volume Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer only

•Off-scalp: 20- and 30-volume Blond Studio 9 Oil Developers only

 

Development Time:

•Up to 50 minutes depending on desired result

•Do not use heat.

 

Pro Tip:
