Blond Studio 9 Bonder Inside is an oil-enriched level 9 powder lightener with built-in bond protection. 

What It Does

• Lifts up to 9 levels quickly, even on the darkest bases. 

• Improves hair feel with an oil-enriched lightening system. 

• Provides bond protection without the need for added bonders. 

What Else You Need to Know

• Offers the same lifting power as Blond Studio 9, with the added benefit of bond protection. 

• Powder texture. 

• Best for lifting dark bases while protecting hair bonds. 

• Use only with 20- or 30-volume Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer (20-volume for on-scalp application only). 

• Keep processing time within 50 minutes. 

Recommended Mixing Ratios:

•Balayage: 1:1, 20- or 30-vol Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer

•Foil Highlights: 1:1.5, 20- or 30-vol Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer

•Global On-scalp: 1:2 or 1:3, 20-vol Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer

 

On-Scalp Applications:

•On-scalp: 20-volume Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer only

•Off-scalp: 20- and 30-volume Blond Studio 9 Oil Developers only

 

Development Time:

•Up to 50 minutes depending on desired result

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for brunette balayage Great for balayage and open air blonding, especially for brunette and deeper tones that aren’t lifting to bright white. I had trouble lifting to a level 10, but it gets to a 9 beautifully. Not a lot of dust and has a pleasant scent as well.

The lift is good..not too fast but let’s you get another service done in between so good for timing out your clients. I used the 20 vol it came with even though I wanted to use 30 vol but I know it’s better for the hair. Overall I would recommend this product.

The lifting power of this lightener was effortless, even, and consistent. This has a very smooth consistency which makes applications easy. The added in bonder makes one less step to have to worry about and my job easier. I would say this product helped maintain the integrity of clients hair. Hair lifted the amount desired without over processing and damaging clients hair. Would try again in the future.

The L'Oreal Blond Studio 9 Bonder Inside Powder was sent to me to try for free to give my honest opinion. the product did not have the best smell, however the application was nice and smooth. It didn't swell while it was lifting AND did not leave the hair feeling dry and brittle after it was rinsed out. My customers hair looked better than it ever has after being lifted (I had used Redken Flash Lift with Bonder inside previously) Will definitely be adding this to my lifting arsenal. Thank you for sending me this product to try!!

I have only used it with 20 volume developer, and normally used 30 volume with most of my Blondes. I felt like it lifted evenly and consistently, however it was not enough lift for me to be sold on it.

I like that’s its gentle yet powerful and gives a clean lift. It also doesn’t swell like other bleaches I’ve used. I also love that it’s got bonder inside to protect the hair.

As someone who has worked with countless hair lightening products over the years, I recently tried the L’Oréal Blond Studio 9 Bonder…. and it’s amazing. This product effectively lightens hair while maintaining its integrity. It delivers consistent, even lift without over-processing or causing excessive dryness. The built-in hair bonder is the standout feature. I will definitely be buying this on my own and I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lift and consistency I received this product through salon centrics campaign and I usually use Redken’s lighteners for my work, but was pleasantly surprised by the consistency of the lightener. I used it on my family friend to see the difference. I did love the lift it gave me for grey blending highlights, and I loved the frothy whip cream like mixture it gave me. The developer is more thicker as well as compared to a standard developer, so that also was nice to have. I enjoyed how the highlights lifted, I’ll definitely be coming back to this lightener for future services!
