ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you submit your order, you should receive an order confirmation email within 5-10 minutes; in select cases, it may take up to an hour for your order confirmation to be emailed to you. If you still don’t receive your confirmation, please check the My Account section to view your order status, contact Customer Care.

ORDER HISTORY

You may view your order history when you sign in, click on My Account at the top left of every SalonCentric.com page, and click on Order History (under Order Support) on the left side of the page. Once you register your account on SalonCentric.com, you will be able to see all your subsequent purchases and orders you have placed through the stores, online, and through your Salon Sales Consultant.

ORDER CHANGES

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Care.

For order placement, you can log in at saloncentric.com. We’ll check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes for you.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

If you haven’t received your order within five (5) business days, please contact Customer Care.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

We understand that sometimes a shipment may become damaged in transit. Please contact Customer Care within 5 business days for assistance with returning the product.

If the value of the damaged product is $150 or less, it can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice. Refunds in a store will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card.

MISSING PRODUCT

If your order is missing an item, please contact Customer Care and have your packing list/invoice available.

All claims that any order was short must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice. Any product that is the subject of a shortage claim shall be credited or shipped by SalonCentric to Customer, subject to availability of such product. A shortage claim may only be submitted for a product that was invoiced. Pre-ordered product to be delivered at a later date does not constitute a shortage. SalonCentric shall make all commercially reasonable efforts to credit or fill any such shortage as expeditiously as possible.

RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCT

Contact Customer Care and we will advise you on the appropriate return/exchange procedure.
