Rated 1 out of 5 by from Less than Zero I had my Dyson for less than one year and it stopping working. Customer service is invisible and worthless. I offered to send it back and have them fix it and THEY DON’T FIX THEM! Buyers beware.

I messaged them online for my first one after a year of owning it because I dropped it and they replaced it quick. My second Dyson didn't survive the electrical at my old Salon. My clients notice the difference in their hair when I use my Dyson.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted less than a year. Absolutely a waste of money. Mine stopped about 6 months after receiving it because the filter and it overheated. I’ve cleaned the filter out over and over and still not working. Customer service is terrible and the “warranty”? Forget it. I would skip over paying for an overpriced blow dryer and look at other ones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I had 2 Dysons and both broke within 2 years For the price of this hairdryer, it shouldn’t break after 1 year. I clean the filters as I am supposed to and my first Dyson hairdryer just shut off after 1 year. It was under warranty so I got a free replacement. That one also shut off after a year. Dysons warranty is 2 years and rolls over into new dryer. My second one wasn’t covered because of that rule.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from SAVE YOURSELF!! Dyson is one of the worst companies I’ve EVER had to deal with. The blow dryer over heated after only 5 months, I sent it in since it has a 2 year warranty. After waiting 18 business days (this is their allowed timeframe to replace the item) I never received any update. I called 4 different times and every time customer service would say the new unit was released and I’ll get track in info in 24-48 hours. They are clearly LYING. My husband called and demanded to talk to a supervisor, they claimed it was shipped out and even went as far as to give us a fake tracking number! After spending over 3 1/2 collective hours on the phone we finally received tracking info and I guess what? It was not sent out when they claimed it was and the second tracking number I got was not the same one they told us over the phone. It’s almost as if they are scamming me and never intended on replacing my blow dryer at all. It is just bizarre behavior for such a large “superior” company. For the sake of your wallet and sanity stay are far away from Dyson as possible!!!!
