The magnetic attachments are wonderful, customer service from Dyson is fantastic. They get new ones to you under warranty in less than a week. They pay postage both ways. It’s worth every penny and the time it saves me pays for itself . I plan on getting the new pipe one when I need to replace it. My warranty expires in 1.5 years…

Rated 2 out of 5 by DanaD from This machine is garbage Not worth the money. I’ve had 3 of these dryers, every single one shuts off in the middle of the blow dry. I’m giving it 2 stars because it’s great when it works which is a small percentage of the time. Plenty of better dryers out there at a fraction of the cost.
