What are Subscriptions at SalonCentric?
Subscriptions are the most convenient way for you to manage your business and professional services, memberships, software and more, all through your SalonCentric account. We automatically renew your subscriptions based on the subscription term. You can update your subscriptions in your SalonCentric account and view them all in one place!
Your subscriptions will continue and automatically renew until you cancel or the service is no longer available. A recurring charge in the amount of the subscription will be automatically charged to your credit card for the subscription term.
How do I start a Subscription?
Starting a subscription is easy! You can find subscriptions for you and your business on SalonCentric.com. Once you identify the desired subscription, add the item(s) to your cart. Shortly after checkout, you will receive a message in your Message Center and an email explaining how to set up your new subscription. Once you set up your account with the subscription provider, you can access the subscription services directly!
What will happen after I start a Subscription?
After you start a subscription, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email will include a link to access the 'My Auto Replenish & Subscriptions' section in your SalonCentric account, where you can manage your subscriptions and account information.
We will place your subscription renewal orders automatically based on the subscription term, and you will only be billed on the day the order is accepted. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each subscription renewal. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription order. These communications may include notifications if the subscription service is discontinued, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when a renewal order is placed.
How do I manage my Subscription?
Once you've started a subscription, it's easy to manage. To review your subscription account information, visit ‘My Auto Replenish & Subscriptions’ located within your SalonCentric account.
How do I make changes to my billing information?
To change your billing address or payment information for future renewals, click the 'Change billing' link located directly below the current billing information. This will open a new page where you can enter the new information. This billing information will apply to all future renewals.
Please remember to verify that your updated information was saved successfully. Please allow up to 24 hours for billing changes to be processed.
How do I cancel my Subscription?
To cancel a subscription, please visit the ‘My Auto Replenish & Subscriptions’ section within your SalonCentric account and click the 'Cancel Subscription' link for the subscription you wish to cancel. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for canceling. Once you've selected a cancel reason and clicked the 'Cancel Subscription' button, your subscription will be canceled, and you will not be billed for future renewals. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for the cancellation to be processed. Note that subscriptions continue through the end of the subscription term if you cancel before the expiration or renewal date, and you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
How do I view my future Subscription payments?
Your next scheduled subscription payment will be listed in the ‘My Auto Replenish & Subscriptions’ section of 'My Account.'
What types of payment are accepted for Subscriptions at SalonCentric?
All subscription orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal or Afterpay, are not accepted at this time.
Subscriptions Terms and Conditions
Subscription orders will renew automatically until canceled by you. By placing the initial order for a subscription, you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for future renewals at the conclusion of each subscription term.
