SalonCentric.com is an eCommerce website dedicated to the salon professional. If you are a licensed cosmetologist, nail technician, or salon owner, and reside in the contiguous U.S., you can shop with us at SalonCentric.com, at one of our SalonCentric stores found throughout the United States, or by calling Customer Care at 1-877-250-9215.
REGISTER YOUR SALONCENTRIC ACCOUNT
In order to shop with us, you must have an account with SalonCentric and complete the first-time online shopper registration on SalonCentric.com. You can find your account number on your store receipt. If you shop with a Salon Sales Consultant, you can find your account number on your shipping invoice.
- On the Login page, choose from either “I have a SalonCentric account number” or “I have a SalonCentric store membership ID card number”.
- Enter and confirm your email address.
- Create and confirm your password.
- Select your existing shipping address or enter a new online shipping address.
- Click “Sign In” and you’re ready to shop.
- Please note: shopping on SalonCentric.com is available in all states that we service. We currently do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Kentucky (select areas), Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and internationally.
1. All account numbers are 10 digits and begin with 00 (two zero’s); if your number is only 8 digits, please enter 00 and then the 8 digit number.
2. If you have a new SalonCentric store card, enter 0 and then the 9 digit number on your card. If you have an original store card, just enter the card number with no leading 0’s.
3. Your zip code is the 5 digit number from your permanent ship-to address on file.
APPLY FOR A SALONCENTRIC ACCOUNT
In order to shop with us, you must have an account with SalonCentric. Applying for an account is easy; just have your cosmetology license number on hand to complete the application.
- Complete the new customer application form online. Apply now
- Fill out all the information on the New Customer Account Application page, including your email address. We will be contacting you to verify your information and may request a copy of your license/ID and a form of photo identification.
- You should hear from us by email within five (5) business days to let you know if your account has been approved and to provide you with your account number.
- When you receive your account number, complete the first-time online shopper registration on the Login page.
- If you have not received information on your application within seven (7) business days, please contact Customer Care 1-877-250-9215 or email us.
You will need to log in with your SalonCentric account number and password you set up when you registered your account on SalonCentric.com. Each time you log in, you will be asked to provide your shipping address so we can tailor the assortment you see to what is available in your area.
