Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite! This product is for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. You can not slap it on then stick the client under a dryer and set a timer. Once you have experience with this product you will know exactly how long to leave it on the individual client. It is fast and leaves the hair in great condition when used properly. If you are new to this product or working on a new client, be sure to check the hair often. One of my favorite aspects is that I can add more developer to make it creamier and faster or less to make it thicker and process a little slower. The only thing that comes close to this is Blondor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed Feelings For me its the texture of the product that i really don't like. It's too "fluffy" when mixed, even with a bit of extra developer. It becomes to hard to sweep down the hairshaft evenly and uses more than other lighteners i have used. It generally leaves a nice result but the extra work and the texture are not my fav .

When using only 10 volume developer without heat on a few new-to-me clients who were wanting to remove brassy tones from their previously lightened hair, this product was very aggressive and caused breakage. I was extremely disappointed in the results, as I had not changed my method of application nor processing time and I had never run into a challenge like this before.
