Volume Maximizer is a lightweight volumizing spray for all hair types and textures that adds weightless, flexible volume to their hair style.

What It Does

• This volumizing spray has instant results for thicker looking and thicker feeling hair, whether air dried or blow dried.

 

• This spray adds flexible volume to your hair from the root to the ends.

What Else You Need to Know

• This volumizing spray is evenly distributed in a fine mist to give weightless, all-over body with a crunch free finish. It can be used to add volume to air dried or blow dried hair styles.

 

• It is formulated with Ceramides and polymers to help provide all day volume and body.

Spray onto damp hair and comb through. Air dry or blow dry style as usual.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it! This was so easy to use with the pump spray! I used a round brush to blow out my hair with only this product and felt a little grip from the product, but as the section dried, there was less pull from the brush. This helped my blowout to last for a few days!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great volume and shine! My clients (and I) LOVE how this product gives great volume without being stiff or sticky- the hair just looks fuller and thicker and SO SHINY! There is definitely a learning curve with the sprayer though - I wish it misted out better, but it kind of spurts or streams. I spray at the root and make sure to comb through really well, and it works great! There’s no heavy product feel, just beautiful fullness!

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it doesn't spray well. It is too thick for a sprayer. Works great when sprayed into palms and worked into the hair, though.

I don't tend to use volumizers much but I'd not hesitate to use this one again whenever it was called for, and I'd happily recommend it to clients.

The only downside is the size of the bottle is huge for a client when you don't need a lot, and the spray is different, the client feels like there isn't anything coming out and use too much even when explained how much to use.

I used it on a client that would not hold or have body no matter what product, dryer, iron, brush we used. 8 hours after her appointment and trying the Volume Maximizer on her she called and said my hair is still holding along with looking thicker. Redken hit this one out of the park!
