Volume Maximizer is a lightweight volumizing spray for all hair types and textures that adds weightless, flexible volume to their hair style.

What It Does

• This volumizing spray has instant results for thicker looking and thicker feeling hair, whether air dried or blow dried.

What Else You Need to Know

• This volumizing spray is evenly distributed in a fine mist to give weightless, all-over body with a crunch free finish. It can be used to add volume to air dried or blow dried hair styles.

 

• It is formulated with Ceramides and polymers to help provide all day volume and body.

Spray onto damp hair and comb through. Air dry or blow dry style as usual.

Products either build up quickly or make my hair go flat in a few hours. I was pleasantly surprised with the Redken Volume Maximizer Thickening Spray. First off, it sprays nicely and evenly, not too heavy. I applied it in sections. Next, it left my hair volumized with no tangles. Other volumizing products can leave my hair tangled while styling and that is a huge disappointment. So happy this product DOES NOT tangle the hair. I am highly satisfied with this product and for the best results, I suggest using the Redken Volume Injection Shampoo along with the Redken Volume Injection Conditioner. My hair looks so full and voluminous! Love It! As you can see from the photo my hair looks doubled in size and even the ends don't look straggly any longer, they look full. I received this product complimentary for review.

I found it worked better on styled hair and provided good root volume without making my hair unmanageable. Good product but not long lasting and stream was difficult to direct.

So decided to use on myself ! After one time with the shampoo/ conditioner my hair instantly had more volume and thicker feeling !! Before drying I applied the Volime Maxinizer which just added to the shampoo/condioner duo !! I definitely will be buying this for the salon. I'm very impressed

My hair feels fuller and has more volume. Using the spray with the shampoo conditioner makes a huge difference as well. The spray can leave a crunchy feeling if you don't properly use it but that's just user error. Overall definitely a product I will continue to purchase. I like that my hair doesn't get stiff the next day or this dirty feeling. Great product for a beautiful blow out as well.

It does give your hair some thickness to it or it will at least appear thicker. I used it both in damp and wet hair before blow-drying. It didn't look as greasy when I put it in the wet hair. I would recommend this product!! Almost like the Kenra blow dry spray but not as heavy. Definitely for use on fine hair

It's slightly a thicker consistency than normal shampoos.While lathering up and rinsing my hair actually felt thicker . Second step was the conditioner. Once again my hair felt thicker upon application. I used the thickening spray on my damp hair . I blow dried my hair . I was trying for a wavy natural look. I definitely received it plus enormous volume . My husband even noticed it. That alone says something ! Definitely recommend for people with thinner hair looking for an improvement in thickness and volume

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hated it There are so many things I do not like about this product. I really hate the way it smells. It's minty and it smells like a minty medicine. The spray is all wrong. It squirts out and it does not mist. So it sprays into only certain sections. I wish it had a better flow when spraying at the roots. It tends to clog into one section and then you have to distribute it with your fingers. I also did not like the way it made my scalp feel as with mint it makes it tingle. I would love to find a volumizing product that steers away from the typical minty ingredients. It made my hair feel like there was a buildup on it and I really hated the way it felt.

I noticed it gave a tingling feeling, it wasnt strong but it did tingle a little. After doing a little blow out, my hair was super shiny and soft. It's looking full and voluminous.
