How To

After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from hair and apply conditioner from mid-length to ends. Leave on for 1–2 minutes. Rinse well.

However as soon as it came out of the pump, I could tell something was was off. It was watery, and the smell was horrible. It smells somewhere between a mixture of alcohol and Elmers glue. I’m so disappointed.

My hair feels sooo clean. Does not smell bad. I have not used the conditioner as I never use conditioner. My hair is way to soft for conditioner. Hope they keep making this size.

When I first used this I noticed something was off right away. The texture & consistency was off & the scent was totally off! This felt counterfeit & left my hair feeling worse than before. I had to return the product in store & exchange it for the liter that I usually get & when I compared the two they were completely different the sales reps even smelled it & questioned that it was probably frozen & thawed or expired

I don’t know if I was shipped a returned item that was tampered with but I’m really upset about this while ordeal. If I could give this no stars I would. I’m on the phone with SC in the hopes that they will correct this problem ASAP.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Victoria from Not the same as usual Moroccanoil products I have used Moroccanoil Shampoos and Conditioners for 10+ years. I swear by them and reccomend them to all clients and friends. I was SO excited to be able to purchase this size to use back bar but it is not at all the same. The smell is way off as is the texture. I am disappointed that now im stuck with these large sizes and don't like them as much. Would not reccomend or buy again. Please make this size of your normal products, I would love to save on plastic consumption by buying bulk.
