What It Is

After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from hair and apply conditioner from mid-length to ends. Leave on for 1–2 minutes. Rinse well.

However as soon as it came out of the pump, I could tell something was was off. It was watery, and the smell was horrible. It smells somewhere between a mixture of alcohol and Elmers glue. I’m so disappointed.

My hair feels sooo clean. Does not smell bad. I have not used the conditioner as I never use conditioner. My hair is way to soft for conditioner. Hope they keep making this size.

When I first used this I noticed something was off right away. The texture & consistency was off & the scent was totally off! This felt counterfeit & left my hair feeling worse than before. I had to return the product in store & exchange it for the liter that I usually get & when I compared the two they were completely different the sales reps even smelled it & questioned that it was probably frozen & thawed or expired
