Communication was spot on and the shears are perfect (I expected that after the flawless transition. Yes he even sends a loner pair.

I had been thinking about getting my shears sharpened, so it was such a nice surprise to walk into Salon Centric and see him there. No appointment needed—perfect timing! He was so friendly, polite, and professional, and he sharpened my Kasho Japanese shears quickly and perfectly, all for a very reasonable $45. I'm excited to use them later today for my next haircut. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service! Forty years ago, I was a Cosmetologist. Thirty six years ago, I started working in a grocery store for the insurance. Though I no longer cut hair for anyone other than my family, I still keep my license current. There was a shear sharpening event at the beauty supply today. In the 40 years I’ve had my shears, I’ve never had them sharpened, so I took them in. When I handed them to the silver haired gentleman, he looked at them and practically gasped. I said yes, they are practically antiques! He knew the brand immediately, I only wish I could remember what he said, and he pored over them. He gushed how they don’t make them like that anymore. When he was finished sharpening and shining them up, he told me it was an honor as he gently placed them in my hand. A little kindness goes a long way. It really made my day. 💗☺️

I’m in cosmetology school and they didn’t tell us where to get our shears sharpened, so once I stumbled upon their instagram, I was relived, and perfect timing because I was able to go to their in-store event! Super quick and my shears came out beautifully! I will for sure be trying out their online services next. Thank you so much for the beautiful work!

The team was impressed with how our shears felt after they were serviced. We will be setting up future appointments for sharpening when we are ready for it again.
