The Noemi Hybrid Gel Dye can be used on both brows and lashes.
The PH value is 9-10, which means that it penetrates through the hair making the dyes last for about 8 days on the skin and ⅚ weeks on the hair providing an intense final result.
1.) Mix Liquid Gel Dye with Noemi solution in a 1:1 ratio until a smooth consistency is obtained.
2.) Apply the mixture and leave on for 10-15 minutes.
3.) Rinse with water.
