HEADLINER BRUSH-ON CLEAR GEL

Use Headliner as a base coat and/or a top coat. Each coat must be cured for 40 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp. Use Nail Surface Cleanser if using as a top coat to remove sticky inhibition layer.
