Mix 1 Ultra Lift part Charcoal Lightening Powder to 2 Parts Enzyme Cream Activator of your choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never Stop Supplying this Lightener If you do a lot of color corrections and are stuck removing box color from time to time, get this lightener. It is magic. I purchased this for my clients with sensitive scalps and it’s been wonderful. My bleach and tone clients are very pleased with it. The consistency is quite thin if you mix it with too much developer, but you can solve that by not using as much, or using the Surface color thickener.
