What It Is

A Pre-Styling Spray. Doubles the diameter of hair and protects hair from heat and environmental damage.

What It Does

• Amaranth Protein and Pro-Vitamins interlock with natural sugars wrapping the hair and expanding with heat creating thicker hair

Spray a liberal amount onto damp hair before blow drying. Use alone or layer under your Awaken styling products. May be used to air dry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surface Awaken Thickening Spray I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. I used this product twice, I like the smell that it has. It gives really good volume when blow drying. The only thing that I did not like as much was that the spray made my hair feel a bit dry, other than that, I recommend for someone who would like volumized, thick hair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from thickening spray review I tried this product on my hair first, it didn't do much considering I already do have pretty medium to course hair texture. I tried it on a client of mine who has extremely fine and thin hair, and it really worked nice on her hair. My only complaint is that it does have quite a drying effect, so I would suggedt a good serum or leave in on the ends of the hair after.

I used this product in my hair before I blow dry and then flat iron. I could definitely tell the difference in texture my hair appeared to be thicker and felt courser. I definitely loved the out come.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Good Thickening Spray This is a good thickening spray but Im not exactly sure if I love it. It gives volume but my hair kind of feels a little dirty and stiff which turns me off from using it. Its like a sea salt spray where you can kind of feel the salt in your hair.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Awaken - Good Stuff! I liked this product a lot! My hair is very long and fine and I found that after using it on my wet hair after a shower, it did feel a bit thicker. The only thing I didnt like is that it made it very difficult to brush through after. Other than that, the smell isnt overwhelming and gives the extra body to those who need it. Another plus is that this product doesnt use and harsh products-which is great in maintaining strong healthy hair! The packaging is very simple and very pleasing! Would definitely recommend this product to others!

It says thickening spray but all it did was make my hair really frizzy and poofy, as if I held my head upside down and sprayed a ton of hairspray in my hair and let it dry that way. Would not recommend. My mom has very fine, limp hair, so maybe it will work better for her.
