Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product!! I have been using the "original" powder play that you sprinkle on the hair yourself and it would just be to messy so I rarelt use it now. But when I saw another stylist use the Powder Play Lite with the spritzer pump I just had to purchase it and try and it was definitely worth it!! It helped me cut down on styling time and doesn’t cause a ton of mess:)

It stays all day and can be almost fully brushed out at night. It’s one of my hair staples. I received this product free from sexyhair and influenster in exchange for my honest review.

You do have to be mindful of using it sparingly though as it will create a weird texture/feel to the hair if overused. I highly prefer this than the original version which was far to heavy in my opinion. Definitely recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sooo versatile!!! Personally, I absolutely adore SexyHair Powder Play Lite! The ONLY reason I deducted one star is because my brunette and darker-haired clients have expressed to me that they have difficulty using this sometimes because they feel it is still visible. When I use it on my darker haired clients however, I don’t usually have that problem though I do use a lighter hand with them. This product is just so versatile! Yes, you can put it at your root and use your fingers to work it in and get INSTANT volume, but my absolute favorite way to use it is to sprinkle it through curls for gorgeous texture. Or, if you want that slept-in, messy, tousled look use a little bit more. When I am backcombing literally anyone’s hair I always sprinkle this on the area I am backcombing, because not only does it eliminate the need to completely tangle and damage the hair because you get the result you wanted after just one or two passes with your comb, but if you are backcombing for support for something like an updo it helps immensely! So needless to say but for wedding hair I am never without my Powder Play! I will probably always use Powder Play, the applications are just endless! TRY IT!

I have curly texture hair and have a decent amount of volume already so i didnt really need this product. But i do my husbands hair and he loves it. His hair is prefty flat with no kindof texture. This stuff works wonders on his hair gives him that omph he goes for when styling his hair. only negative thing would be the thick residue it leaves behind on you hair. And if you don't get it right and try to fix it. It makes the hair hard to style

I was impressed this stuff is great. And if it seems like your hair is starting to lose volume you just fluff it up with your fingers again. Amazing!

I’m a HUGE fan of Big Sexy products which are my go to in my Salon area! This Powder Play Lite is Ahhhmazing with its direct spray design. It allows you to targeted those specific desired areas for texture & volume. Did I mention the VOLUME capabilities?? It doesn’t weigh the hair down & leaves your locks looking fabulous through the day & night! Highly recommend! 10/10 for me!

I wash mine every 4th day to prevent color fading and my hair can get really flat by day 3. Just a little poof and rub of this at the roots in my crown and I'm good to go!

I’ve been using this on myself and clients for YEARS. It’ll serve volume like no other, especially combined with their spray mousse and hairspray. It’ll last all day long, but it doesn’t take much at all!!! Too much and it’ll just feel sticky and itchy. I also like to puff some on braids and then loosely finger comb through the braids and you’ll have fluffy waves for days!

This gives nice volume and grit that’s great for stabilizing updos or a topknot. I think it’s better for people with shorter or layered hair as it can feel a little heavy or dirty in long straight hair.

I have to be honest. This wasn’t my favorite. I prefer something with some sort of sent Or fragrance. Honestly it just feels like powder. I put it in my hair Instead of my normal dry shampoo. I mean it might be a more healthy option. But for me it was nothing special. I would actually give this two stars, But because I gave it to my husband who has the long curly hair, And he really liked it. Absorb the oil on his scalp. And he said it really helps with his hair texture. He felt like it made his hair thicker at the scalp. I’m glad he likes it, if he asks for more I will probably buy it. But this was a no from me, a yes from him.
