Having an Online Store will allow booth or suite renters a way to offer clients a wide range of products without having to carry inventory or worry about shipping. In addition to adding value to your services by recommending proper home care, offering retail online will increase your earning potential without an outlay of cash.
No, and this is one of SalonInteractive's great benefits. Each Online Store has a unique URL on SalonInteractive—for example, shop.saloninteractive.com/store/ShearsSalon. QR codes and shared links lead directly to this URL, so no website is required. However, if your salon already has a website, you can work with your web designer to add a 'Shop Now' button for easy access for your clients to your Online Store.

To receive commissions for sales on SalonInteractive, you'll need to add your bank. All payments are electronic and go into the bank account of your choice. Follow these steps to add your bank:
SalonCentric currently offers a 25% commission on MSRP for all eCommerce sales. Monies are deposited every Tuesday into the bank account provided by the salon/stylist.
Yes, as long as you meet the purchase requirements defined in your Black Elite Loyalty Program, you can add additional brands to your Online Store.
You’ll need to upload your clients to your account to send Product Recommendations or take advantage of email marketing opportunities.
We suggest choosing three brands so your clients don’t get too many marketing emails. We recommend prioritizing the brands you carry in your physical salon so you can answer any product knowledge questions that may come up.
Displaying QR codes in your salon, sending emails and texts, getting involved in On Behalf Marketing, and posting on your social media channels are great ways to promote your Online Store.
When your client is signed in and chooses a product, they will see the option to purchase it once or as a subscription in 2-week to 6-month intervals. Your clients can edit their subscriptions at any time through their profiles.
The Return Policy is in the footer of every Online Store.
Customers can bring returns to their salon or request a return shipping label if they cannot return products in person. They can request a return shipping label from any order confirmation email.

If an order is placed and includes one out-of-stock item, it will be partially fulfilled. If an order includes two out-of-stock items, it will be canceled.
