What It Is

This oil-powered developer formula achieves a perfect consistency for controlled and precise applications. It is specifically calibrated to work with Blonde IQ 9+ Lightener to achieve the highest level of lift across all hair types and textures.

What It Does

This oil developer helps provide Redken's highest level of lift when used with Blonde IQ 9+ Calibrated Anti-Brass Lightener.

Wear suitable disposable gloves. Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Put the recommended amount of Blonde IQ™ 8 Lightener or Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 10V (3%), 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.
