What It Is

This oil-powered developer formula achieves a perfect consistency for controlled and precise applications. It is specifically calibrated to work with Blonde IQ 8 and Blonde IQ 9+ Lightener to provide a controlled and gradual lift with maintained neutralization power across all hair types and textures.

What It Does

This oil developer helps provide Redken's highest level of lift in at a controlled speed when used with Blonde IQ 8 Calibrated Anti-Brass Cream Lightener and Blonde IQ 9+ Calibrated Anti-Brass Lightener.

• Wear suitable disposable gloves. ​Mix product in a well-ventilated area. ​Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.

• Put the recommended amount of Blonde IQ™ 8 Lightener or Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 10V (3%), 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl.

• Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
