Frizz Dismiss is a collection of haircare products and treatments providing humidity protection and smoothing benefits for all hair types. The collection features Redken's Smoothing Complex infused with Babassu Oil to tame flyaways and decrease puffiness while increasing manageability and shine. The formulas feature a warm beachy fragrance with notes of vanilla, jasmine, pear and citrus for an invigorating experience with every use.

Damp Hair: Apply on clean damp hair prior to air drying or heat styling to smooth hair and prevent any static fly-aways and frizz.

 

Dry Hair: Apply on dry hair prior to heat styling for an extra smooth style or apply on dry hair as needed to instantly smooth any static fly-aways and frizz.

Likewise, my sister with curly hair that is very staticky had success using it as well. My mother uses it as well and likes it for her wavy hair. Great for smoothing on the ends.

Whenever my hair is getting big I just spray a little bit of this anti-static oil on my hands and rub it through. I try to stay away from my roots so my hair doesn't look dirty but if I run this through the ends it helps SO MUCH! It also smells great!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty Good This is an oil mist, so you have to shake the product up before applying it. The spray nozzle is actually great, the mist comes out fairly evenly. I do still prefer to spray it into my hands then apply it because it does weigh down my hair if i apply too much. For it actually being anti static I think it works ok but not great, I still get flyaways and especially if it is humid out my hair still looks basically the same with or without this stuff. It does, however, leave my hair feeling a bit softer. Another thing that is stopping me from loving this stuff is the smell, it's not an unpleasant scent but it's also not something I love. Overall, this stuff is just a bit too heavy for my hair and doesn't do that great of a job that I feel like I want to deal with potentially using too much.

I am so happy to report that the Redken Frizz Dismiss actually helps. The great thing is, it doesn't leave my hair looking or feeling greasy or oily at all - and a little does go a long way, even for my thick curly hair. I highly recommend it!

To give you a picture of how wild her hair is she normally gets Brazilian blowouts for her frizz and to calm down her curl. She is in LOVE with frizz dismiss. It had taken away all the frizz and just made her curls look even more beautiful. It’s so lightweight but also can tame the most extreme frizz or even the littlest bit of frizz without wearing your hair down. All of my clients have bought this product for me and are OBSESSED!!!
