Lift high, lift bright, lift strong. Flash Lift Power 9 Bonder Inside is Redken’s most powerful lightener with built-in bonding with up to 9 levels of lift.

 

What It Does

Power 9 Bonder Inside provides up to 9 levels of lift with built-in bonding technology and breaks through red, orange, & yellow undertones. This lightener helps protect strong disulfide bonds and is formulated with Glycine and Citric Acid to preserve the integrity of the hair. Experience a powerful, clean, even lift for all hair types and textures.

What Else You Need to Know

• Up to 9 levels of lift​

• Built-in bonding power. No additive needed. ​

• Consciously designed packaging with 80% less plastic vs. Flash Lift plastic tub​

*With Power 9 Bonder Inside, Shades EQ Bonder Inside, and Acidic Bonding Concentrate System.

PREPARATION:

• Mix in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Mix product in a well-ventilated area.

• Put the recommended amount of Flash Lift Power 9 lightener and chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.

 

APPLICATION AND RINSING:

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Do not let product run onto scalp.

• Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc).

• Rinse hair well after development time.

 

FOR OFF AND ON SCALP APPLICATIONS:

When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use Aluminum foils ref SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18um (i.e. Product Club SHF500-SL), SOFT ALLOY 20um or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18um (Norms EN 573) Procare.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok results I used this lightener on someone with 20vol, coarse hair. It lifted quickly but then seemed to a plateau. It definitely wasn't even close to 9 levels of lift but also wasn't drying at all so I could have used 30 or even 40 vol. I didn't hate it but didn't see too much of a difference from the 7 levels of lift flash lift

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If you like flashlift you will love this If you love flashlight you will love flashlift 9. It is everything you already love with a little extra lift and damage protectant. Can't go wrong! I don't love the texture of flashlift, also it is better than a lot, it is just not my personal favorite. Gets the job done, and is always my second pick/backup lightener. Perhaps with more usage I will finally convert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lightner! I would definitely recommend this Lightner! It has great lifting power! I used this on dark hair that is usually hard to lighten and has been previously colored and it lifted very nice. It is blue which helps start the toning process. You still need to tone after but it definitely helps achieve Better results. The only thing I would say is that it does swell up a little bit under heat but otherwise i loved it.

I often time a have difficulty lifting thru the gold. Power 9 is my savior! Not only did I achieve the perfect result, the hair was in excellent condition. No damage at all! In fact the hair felt and looked amazing. I will be using this lighter as my go to lighter as soon as I can purchase it!
