What It Is

Lift high, lift bright, lift strong. Flash Lift Power 9 Bonder Inside is Redken’s most powerful lightener with built-in bonding with up to 9 levels of lift.

 

What It Does

Power 9 Bonder Inside provides up to 9 levels of lift with built-in bonding technology and breaks through red, orange, & yellow undertones. This lightener helps protect strong disulfide bonds and is formulated with Glycine and Citric Acid to preserve the integrity of the hair. Experience a powerful, clean, even lift for all hair types and textures.

What Else You Need to Know

• Up to 9 levels of lift​

• Built-in bonding power. No additive needed. ​

• Consciously designed packaging with 80% less plastic vs. Flash Lift plastic tub​

*With Power 9 Bonder Inside, Shades EQ Bonder Inside, and Acidic Bonding Concentrate System.

PREPARATION:

• Mix in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Mix product in a well-ventilated area.

• Put the recommended amount of Flash Lift Power 9 lightener and chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.

 

APPLICATION AND RINSING:

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Do not let product run onto scalp.

• Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc).

• Rinse hair well after development time.

 

FOR OFF AND ON SCALP APPLICATIONS:

When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use Aluminum foils ref SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18um (i.e. Product Club SHF500-SL), SOFT ALLOY 20um or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18um (Norms EN 573) Procare.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Flash Lift 9 amazing lightener I just recently tested this on a client needing a money piece and highlight (balayage) touch up. It worked so nice. The consistency of the product was very nice, just enough to evenly saturate the hair and get through and not leave blotchy spots or dry spots. I like that it worked fairly quickly even with the 20'vol developer. I would definitely buy this to use on future clients. I would definitely be buying this and recommending based of my clients needs.

The product distributed really evenly everywhere, and processed evenly as well, I used this to remove vivid color by using a bleach bath and then I bleached my clients hair again. Normally I would use another product comparable to this that has been on the market for a while but I've made up my mind and if switching to redkens powder lift 9

I don't feel that it blows open the cuticle but gently lifts all while still achieving the perfect level of desired blonde for your clients.

Honestly, I couldn't tell a difference between the two but flash lift with bonder is still my go-to lightener and will probably switch to the newer version.

Makes a nice consistency without too much mixing or effort, and doesn't have lumps. There's not a super harsh smell or odor of any sort like I've noticed with some other brands. Offers great lift and isn't harsh on there hair. Overall, great product and I would recommend it to any stylist.
