Lift high, lift bright, lift strong. Flash Lift Power 9 Bonder Inside is Redken’s most powerful lightener with built-in bonding with up to 9 levels of lift.

 

What It Does

Power 9 Bonder Inside provides up to 9 levels of lift with built-in bonding technology and breaks through red, orange, & yellow undertones. This lightener helps protect strong disulfide bonds and is formulated with Glycine and Citric Acid to preserve the integrity of the hair. Experience a powerful, clean, even lift for all hair types and textures.

What Else You Need to Know

• Up to 9 levels of lift​

*With Power 9 Bonder Inside, Shades EQ Bonder Inside, and Acidic Bonding Concentrate System.

PREPARATION:

• Mix in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Mix product in a well-ventilated area.

• Put the recommended amount of Flash Lift Power 9 lightener and chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.

 

APPLICATION AND RINSING:

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Do not let product run onto scalp.

• Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc).

• Rinse hair well after development time.

 

FOR OFF AND ON SCALP APPLICATIONS:

When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use Aluminum foils ref SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18um (i.e. Product Club SHF500-SL), SOFT ALLOY 20um or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18um (Norms EN 573) Procare.

I have used at least 6 batches that have created dark dots all over my highlights. this needs to be removed off the shelves. i thought it was just me and wasnt mixing right but now seeing others complain and seeing pictures its not me. will never buy it again. raise the prices and low quality

I do alot of highlights and I have been able to get lots of lift with 10 & 20 volume instead of going up to 30 or 40 vol. I am very happy with my results!
