What It Does

• Mixing Ratio 1:2 - 1 Flash Lift Pod (15 g) + 1 oz. (30 ml) Developer

• Add 1 Flash Lift Pod into color bowl and pour 1 oz. of developer over pod.  Mix well.  Process for up to 50 minutes.

• 2 pods = 1 scoop

 

Pro Tip: Place the Pod into the bowl and then pour the developer over, making sure it’s 1 Pod : 1 oz. Developer! Use a plastic whisk to break down Pod and mix until smooth!

I was able to lift the hair three shades very easily with no visible damage. It was easy to mix and had a preferred thick consistency. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a gentle lifter.

I also feel like for whatever reason the lift isn't as strong. Definitely not odorless, does smell LESS strong, but still smells like lightener. Good for on the go, easy application work

When I mixed 1 pod to 1oz of developer (as recommended) then stirred I realized it took a while to dissolve. The pod never fully disappeared. I also prefer my bleach a little thicker than usual so with this pod I had to add in a little more bleach on the side. I would try this again to see whether the stirring time affects the pod dissolving.

What a huge difference it makes to just throw a pod in your mixing bowl, pour in the developer, stir & apply! NO MESS!!!! I seriously cannot believe it! When I first started mixing the pod & developer, I questioned whether I was doing it correctly because the powder is encased in the clear pod - but lo and behold, it started blending into a rich thick foam-like consistency - which I did love. I lightened a few strands of my bangs to test, left it on for around 55 minutes. The result was beautiful, I got my medium brown hair to a very pretty caramel blonde. I can't wait to lighten my entire head of hair.

This product has a bonder built in which keeps fibers strong. Incredible product which helps make it not only easier to use but also faster.

It's pre-measured so you seriously don't have to do much of anything. All you you have to do is pour the developer on top, let set, and it turns out beautiful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use!! First off so easy and convenient! You mix with a 1 to 2 ratio. 1 pod(15ml) to 30ml of developer. This is were i thought things might get annoying but I was wrong!!! They are easy to mix and dissolved very quickly! I actually thought they lifted better then flah lift with bonder inside bag version. Maybe the pod preserves the integrity of the bleach. I used with 20 volume and got great results. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE the Flash Lift Pods with Bonder I have never used a product that comes pre-measured and have no waste in packaging. I love that I can just throw in 1 or 2 pods and have just what I need. If I run out, I can quickly add another pod and developer right at my station without making a mess or worrying about dust going everywhere. Its super quick and easy to use with less waste and saves time because I do not have to measure out the lightener. I would definatly buy this product to use in my salon so I can save time and money by not wasting. I like that the bonder is inside to so I do not have to use a separate product. It lightened really well and fast. I was able to foil in 25 minutes and only 20 more for processing on some pretty dense hair. I also teach at a Cosmetology school and I did a demo with my students as well to show them how much quicker and easier it can be. They always tend to overmix lightener so I showed them that you could do half a head of beautiful slices with just one pod.
