• Mixing Ratio 1:2 - 1 Flash Lift Pod (15 g) + 1 oz. (30 ml) Developer

• Add 1 Flash Lift Pod into color bowl and pour 1 oz. of developer over pod.  Mix well.  Process for up to 50 minutes.

• 2 pods = 1 scoop

 

Pro Tip: Place the Pod into the bowl and then pour the developer over, making sure it’s 1 Pod : 1 oz. Developer! Use a plastic whisk to break down Pod and mix until smooth!

They were hard to break down and stir more work than just scooping and mixing. The pod itself didn't dissolve as well as I would have thought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Without question THEE BEST Redken Bleach I've ever After being an avid user of Redken Flash Lift Bleach & Redken products in general, I was overcome with excitement to see that my favorite hair brand had come out with not only a new product, but a product that nobody had came out with yet at least from my knowledge! I thought it was just genius that they would make a pod being that there's so much laundry pod detergent/bleach out there for clothing, why wouldn't there be a bleach pod for our hair yet?! Not only that but they also threw in some additives, a BONDER to help out the hair while it's being bleached & lifted to a lighter color. I'm so amazed at great my client's hair felt after bleaching her grown out roots with this great, new product! The bonder really saves the hairdresser from buying another product & also saves the client's hair at the same time all while basically cutting the processing time in half because everything's done in one process instead of the usual 2. I would definitely recommend this product for those trying to stay blonde, but also keep the frizz & split ends away!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These Save Time! I was a little skeptical, at first, when I saw that the flash lift lightener came in little pods. To be honest, it reminded me of dishwasher pods. Upon initial use, I admired these and that I didn't have to measure my lightener out. One pod is 15 g or 6 oz, which is the perfect amount for what I do usually. You drop a pod in your color bowl, add in your developer, mix with a whisk, and you're done! My only complaint would be that the film that makes the pod took some time to dissolve. So, as I was highlighting a clients' hair, I noticed the film and pushed it away from my lightener. That said, even the texture of the lightener seemed better to work with than regular flash lift (with bonder) and developer; same ratios, of course. Though it needs minor tweaking, I would highly recommend this product. It is innovative and is a time saver!

The pods are precisely measured at 15g each. These save so much time because you don't have to measure them and the bonder is included. The film of the pod dissolves easily and quickly, and is a conditioner. Not only do these save time but they also cut down on waste. I definitely will continue using these and I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Favorite Hair Lightener!! I love these lift pods! First of all they make it quick & super easy to prepare. Secondly, my results were wonderful! I'm a natural and redhead and right now I have a darkish auburn dye on my hair and other times when I've to add highlights, it's near impossible to get the color to lift. I end up having to leave the bleach on way too long where I start to worry about how much damage I'm doing to my hair, but didn't have either issue with these Redken Lift Pods. They are amazing! The color lifted off easily and pretty quick and my hair still felt soft and healthy afterwards. I definitely will be recommending these to all my girlfriends ❤

I was able to achieve multidimensional highlights without toning. This did not dry out my hair as bleach normally does, very gentle with great results

Convenient pods that are readily available, easy to store and come with a bonder to boot! The size is perfect and they mix well. I would say that the lift factor is as good as mixing the powder and adding in a bonder. There's nothing bad about these at all. I would definitely purchase them in the future!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They didn't dissolve I was super excited to try the pods as I love Redken and flash lift with bonder. I mixed the pods with the correct ration of developer. As I used my whisk, I saw the pod break open and the product begin to mix. Unfortunately, after a few minutes, the product was mixed but there was still the shell of the pod in my bowl. I ended up having to throw it away. I'd say this product would be good if your traveling so you don't have to carry around a tub of lightener. Otherwise, I'd just stick with the traditional container of lightener.
