Waiting for the replacement, after 4 weeks nothing
I bought 2 gallons, one had a whole on the top and lost lots of shampoo. A big mess. I called the costumer service and they promised me they would replace this gallon, but they never did. Nobody never called me back, I don’t see bites about replacement in my account. So what???

This product didn't suds as well as I had hoped. I also didn't particularly enjoy the scent either. It did leave the hair feeling nice, but the Redken Extreme conditioner made the hair feel 10x better after the shampoo.
