What It Is

Rinse out treatment and hair mask for strength repair to damaged hair.

What It Does

This deep conditioner for dry, damaged hair fortifies hair to be 15x stronger. It is formulated with Redken's Strength Complex with Protein and Lactic Acid to help restore strength, balance pH levels, and add smoothness.

What Else You Need to Know

Extreme products feature Redken's Strength Complex with protein-infused formulas to restore hair strength and prevent breakage and split ends. Clients saw a 75% reduction in breakage with a system of Extreme Shampoo, Conditioner, and Anti-Snap.

After shampooing, apply to towel-dried hair. Leave on 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

 

PRO TIP: Recommend to all clients who often receive haircolor and chemical services such as perms, relaxers, and double process blonde services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would absolutely buy this again! I use this product after I shampoo my hair. I have slightly wavy hair so I just run my hands through with plenty and then let it sit for 5 mins or so. I have also used it on my daughter's curly hair and it made it very soft.

I'm not sure how much damage it will help repair but I'm going to continue to use it on myself and other clients and see if there is a real difference in the health of their hair

I have had platinum blonde hair for many many years and I am always looking for the next best product to take care of my hair. As a stylist myself, when I do my own color, I only retouch the roots but I am always concerned about my mids-ends as they are so blonde and I have very fine hair. Due to having fine hair, I also wear extensions which I curl almost every day so I am always trying to take the best care of both hairs. After using this mask, I can feel how soft and rehabbed my hair (and extension hair) is! The smell is fantastic and I can't wait to use it again.

Second, it felt nice when I was using it in the shower and felt like it was going to be a great detangler. Third, I was blow drying my hair and noticed how soft my hair was! It is usually soft but this was a lot better than what I am used to. I would buy this again when I run out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light Weight Silky Results After cleansing the hair I added the Extreme Mask to the hair and left on for 7 minutes. The product penetrated my volunteers hair cuticle leaving the hair silky, soft, and didn't weigh down her beautiful bouncy curls. The volunteer commented on the great smell and she was pleased with the results. The volunteer typically has issues with frizz and flyaways even when using styling products specifically for those issues. After using the Extreme Mask and styling there was visibly less frizz and minimal flyaways. I would use this product in the future as a standalone treatment as well as combined with other services offered.

It's got good slip, easy to spread, and you don't need a lot of product to evenly distribute through the hair. The scent is pleasant, but a little sweeter and stronger than I would personally prefer. However, the scent is not as strong as most other Redken shampoos & conditioners. I received this product for free, but I would buy it again.
