Extreme Play Safe is an all-in-one powerful solution for damaged hair. This leave-in conditioner and multi benefit treatment works to reduce damage, strengthen hair, prevent breakage, all while protecting from heat damage up to 450 degrees F.

What It Does

What Else You Need to Know

This heat protectant didn't do that and it smells good. I love how long it has lasted me so far. A lot goes a long way.

I figured that it was due to my ends being damaged from frequent blow drying This product is easy to use. It's nice and light and doesn't leave a greasy residue, and definitely has helped with my issue. I am in desperate need for a haircut and I will continue to use this product after those "dead ends" are cut off to keep my hair protected while styling with heat.

It doesn't leave me with any heavy or greasy feeling a d the best part? It really does protect my hair! I also have to say my hair is lightened and it has not affected my color in any way. I apply it to my lightly damp hair. However, I do apply my other product/products right out of the shower, after a quick towel dry. Then I give my hair some time, (around 10 mins) and then apply, and then follow the directions.

I use it alongside the Redken Extreme Shampoo and Conditioner so I recommend using the whole system for EXTREME results ;). The smell is fruity just like the shampoo and conditioner which I personally love! The product itself comes in a cream form which I had never used in the past as a heat protectant. Although hesitant at first, I was very pleased with the frizz-free, heat protectant and smoothing that this product provided. The only negative thing about this product would be that it doesn't come in a gallon form!

The product does not leave a residue on normal or coarse hair. I also don't need to use a spray heat protectant. I'm just not quite ready to give up my leave in conditioner, oil, heat protectant hair regiment for ot though.

I've used this on clients with damaged, dry looking hair and it brought back some life (even if it is temporary). It's smoothing and softening without any heavy residue. It protects from extreme heat styling and that's quite important when styling daily. I'm happy I found this product.

I have a very diverse clientele and this worked for fine Thin hair to coarse curly hair. I have tired other leave in treatments and this has been the best far. I have applied "too much" to thick coarse hair and it did take a little longer to dry and made it a little heavy. However the overall feel, shine and life that it gives to the hair is beyond words. I will definitely be adding this to my retail so I know my clients are using the best. I'm glad this was in the first review now I definitely have to make a trip to purchase more.

I myself have fine hair and have to be careful what I use otherwise I look like a ball of grease. I use a quarter size amount on myself and once I style my hair, I can't feel any product, I'm left with soft, shiny and protected hair. I love this product especially for my blondes, after a chemical service to keep the hair smooth and safe from heat. Extreme play safe is my new number 1 product!

I would definitely recommend this product my hair dried faster with no frizz! It detangles my hair easily, hair feels softer and stronger. A little bit of the product goes along way too much product will weigh the hair down. I didn't see a difference in my split ends but nonetheless it's still a greater product! I don't know why I didn't purchase this product sooner hair doesnt dry out when I straighten it I'd recommend it.I received this product for free to test and review.
