I haven’t used and chemical process on my hair in over a year and my hair from this product just snaps right off. Makes it so dry and brittle and caused me hair loss. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have curly hair and it makes the ends hang straight and look DEAD and STRINGY. I bought the whole system--Shampoo, Conditioner, and Leave in and it was not worth the high price.

I was excited to give this set a whirl, but was quickly disappointed. By day three, my hair was a frizzy mess and knotting more than ever. By day five, I had a regularly scheduled appt with my long time hair stylist who was like ABSOLUTELY NOT so I stopped using it immediately. Sorry Redken, y’all missed the mark with this one.

I have long hair that can be prone to breakage and my entire life I have just assumed it was normal to find a ton of hair in the drain after a shower. Well, once I began using this exclusively, I have definitely noticed that much less(if any) hair falls out when I shower and I am finding less hair in my brushes as well! I think I have found a new shampoo!

It leaves my hair super shiny and it looks longer than it was before I began using. A little also goes a long way if you’re a fine-haired girl like myself. I struggle to find a shampoo that is cleansing enough for my oily scalp but not too stripping as to dry out my hair. This is the perfect medium for that! I would rebuy this for sure.

It is on the slightly pricier end so I probably would not buy this for myself regularly given the price, but I think the full-size bottle can last a lot longer than you expect. This product contains sulfates, so I would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a sulfate-free shampoo.
