For returns in-store of online orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method once the return has been processed. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Updated I was disappointed that the swatch book only game with original colors. Redken has made many updates since and they need to include in the swatch books because at the store the swatches are not always available, which leaves stylists and salon owners to guess a shade unnecessarily. I was greatly underwhelmed.
