Color Extend gently cleanses and protects to leave hair manageable, refreshed, and shiny. This color protecting shampoo and conditioner improves hair strength to prevent against breakage and provides maximum vibrancy of color treated hair.

Use daily after shampooing.

I noticed that my hair felt silkier and it helped to brighten my color. I haven't tried it alone with other shampoos but I'm sure it's great on its own as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Conditioner I find it odd that this line has protein in both the shampoo and conditioner. Surely one or the other would be enough. I worry of over protein in the hair. I did like this conditioner enough to buy a liter of it for the back bar at my salon only bc I see my clients every few months so I don't have to worry if it's too much protein. I have liked how my clients hair looks after washing out their color with this shampoo and conditioner duo. Even after the bleaching the hair is soft, moisturized and shiny and manageable.

I love the fact that a little will go a long way, so this would be a selling point to clients over the cost. Redken fell short on this line's shampoo, but I would definitely recommend the conditioner.

It would be better for fine/medium textured hair. I need a deep moisturizing conditioner, so I do not like this for me, but I would recommend for fine/med texture and medium to shorter lengths.

I usually have to run a brush through my hair while the conditioner is sitting so it's easier to manage once I get out of the shower but I don't have to with this one! I personally prefer this one for color safe shampoo over the color safe magnetic option or some of the other brands I have tried. I would recommend this is someone needs more hydration and to make their color last a bit longer. Maybe for someone who went from blonde back to dark hair.

The only negative was i had to use a lot more product than I am used to, to get all of my Hair conditioned. I didn't give the 5th star due to the amount I had to use, I would go through it so fast.
