Color Extend Blondage features a color-depositing purple shampoo, conditioner, and mask which help to tone and strengthen blonde hair for long-lasting beautiful haircolor.

Use as a complete system with Redken Color Extend Blondage conditioner twice a week. Apply to wet hair, lather and rinse well. Repeat if necessary. For maximum benefits leave second lather on for 1-3 minutes or longer if needed. Rinse.

Just make sure you rinse your hands real well and try to keep it on the hair - it does seem to "stain", it's potent !

Only thing I don't like is how perfumed it is. For some with sensitive to smells or sensitive skin it wouldn't make their senses very happy. It's a good smell it's just very strong.

I used it Friday and before the end of the night my hands and head started to itch real bad today is Monday and I'm still itching. I've already washed my hair with my regular shampoo which is Chi and I'm still itching from my head and back of my neck. Like I mentioned earlier I don't want to leave a negative review it just wasn't for me. Maybe the pigments added to it was too strong.

I use a really good leave in after washing and dont have a huge issue, but its good to be aware of. The pigment seems intense but doesnt turn most hair gray with normal use, just cools down the brass.

It works to help neutralize yellow undertones in a weekly routine. The only reason it is not a 5 star is that this is the fact that it deposited more in areas where the hair has been processed more making it splotchey. Which was only noticeable to myself but would be amazing if it came with a treatment spray to put on before to even out porosity. I still love this product and will continue to use it

It didn't stain my hands like my current favorite purple shampoo. It did a good job toning my hair but after it dried I noticed my hair felt extremely tangled and dry. I was happy with the tone but not the way it left my hair feeling. I'd rather have brass than dry and tangled.

I did however feel like this shampoo was not as drying as some fo the other brands. I only gave it a 4 stars because of my personal dislike for all purple shampoos. This does do the trick for hair that is slightly brassy.
