Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product I was exceptionally pleased in trying this product for the first time. It's a little thick when releasing from captivity, but once it reaches your fingers, it becomes less viscous. I really like the hold, and it doesn't appear greasy after application.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean Feel Great Scent I usually use a thicker putty for my hair, however after trying the Redken Brews Extra Clean Gel I have found my new styling product! I really like the clean feel of it. It is lightweight, doesn't clump together, and has a nice hold. The Extra Clean Gel smells terrific as well. Reasonable price point makes this a new go-to product!

Doesn't leave that sticky feeling on your hands. Used for all kinds of styles. Definitely recommend this product and will recommend to others!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Strong Smell Didn't like the stench of alcohol that it left whilst applying. That alone made me not want to use it. After one use I knew it wasn't for me. I have frizzy hair and it wouldn't hold. It was very weak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Moveable Styling I received a free sample of the Redken Brews Extra Clean Gel. I personally didn't use because my hair texture, so I gave to my husband to try. He really enjoyed how light the product was. It left his hair soft and flexible. It has a great hold but not much of a hold that your hair feels stiff. The benefits of having this product is it could used as a wet or dry styling gel. Also, smells heavenly. I would definitely purchase this product after the sample runs out. My husband loves it! I would also recommend this product to my friends and family. It's a great choice for any hair stylist as well!
