What It Does

Redken’s Blonde IQ 9+ Calibrated Anti-Brass Lightener is a dual-action oil-powered system designed for advanced neutralization and up to 9 levels of powerful clean lift. The proprietary technology efficiently drives neutralization power to the hair’s core; breaking down eumelanin and pheomelanin for your most neutralized blonde.

Perfect for balayage, foiling and all over blonding, Redken Blonde IQ 9+ is to only be used with Redken Pro Oxide Oil Developers 10 – 30 Volume to guarantee precise results you expect.

What Else You Need to Know

Redken Blonde IQ 9+ provides no swelling, better saturation, even lift, and precise application, delivering a powerful clean lift for all hair types and textures. Its versatile formulation is ideal for a wide range of services, including balayage, foiling, and all over blonding.

Wear suitable disposable gloves. Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.

1. Put the recommended amount of Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 10V (3%), 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl.

2. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved.

This cut through all red and gave a beautiful natural color, we just added a clear gloss for added shine! Damage- NONE! This was quick and beautiful and did NOT swell like most bleaching products so it kept everything clean and precise. If you have ANY blonde clients this is the new bleach everyone should be using for lift and tone!!

It is rare to find a product that manages to be incredibly powerful while still being gentle on the hair, but this one hits the mark perfectly the 9+ levels of lift claim is no exaggeration. It provides maximum lifting power, even on darker basis and the calibrated antibrass technology is a lifesaver. It cuts through warm tones beautifully, leaving a clean, cool tone blonde that usually requires a lot more toning work. It saves time without sacrificing the quality of the lift

I really liked the consistency of the product when mixed with the dedicated oil developer. The product applied to the hair well, and it did not swell within the foils. There was also no strong odor that some lightener can have. The product lifted the hair quick and easily. I would recommend this product!
