Perfect for balayage, foiling and all over blonding, Redken Blonde IQ 9+ is to only be used with Redken Pro Oxide Oil Developers 10 – 30 Volume to guarantee precise results you expect.

What Else You Need to Know

Redken Blonde IQ 9+ provides no swelling, better saturation, even lift, and precise application, delivering a powerful clean lift for all hair types and textures. Its versatile formulation is ideal for a wide range of services, including balayage, foiling, and all over blonding.

How To

Wear suitable disposable gloves. Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.

1. Put the recommended amount of Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 10V (3%), 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl.

2. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
