Rated 4 out of 5 by Liz R from a good shampoo, but not completely color-safe I am a big Redken fan and the original ABC shampoo/conditioner are my absolute favorite. This shampoo (and the conditioner) do not smell the same was the original line, and I was bummed about that (this has a slightly floral scent). This works great for cleansing the hair/scalp. My hair is a bit shinier after using both the shampoo and conditioner. However, I have vibrant red hair achieved from high-lift permanent color with an occasional glazing using semi-permanent red. Any time I wash my hair with this, the suds are always bright reddish-pink. Idk if this is just the semi-permanent color or if the permanent red is washing out too (maybe due to the high-lift nature of the color?). Anyway, I’d say if you’re trying to achieve a little more shine to your hair, definitely give this a try with the conditioner!

The shampoo and conditioner smell great and really foam up well but are concentrated, and I wish every heat protectant had the spray nozzle that this system comes with. I smell it all day everything I move my head. I love how clean my hair feels after I use it too. Almost like a detox but it doesn't dry your hair out. I will be continuing to use this for a long, long time.

I was hooked instantly! The scent is so luxurious. The shampoo itself is a winner to me. I have long, fine textured, thick hair and I usually have to wash 3 times for a decent lather. I usually wash my hair every 5 days and to my surprise I only had to shampoo twice for a lather. Left my hair clean and manageable. Styling I had a leave in and thermal protectant. Then I air dry for about 30 minutes and do a quick blowout. Love this shampoo so much and already plan on buying more soon.

I really enjoy this shampoo. It has a light scent. The lather is really nice but the shampoo rinses clean. My hair does not feel stripped but it feels clean. I love the conditioner with the shampoo as well. When I round-brushed my hair I feel like my hair did have a sleekness and a shine that was nice. At the moment, I'm blonde, but I'd love to try this shampoo if I ever put red in my hair again. I have a feeling I would enjoy that.
