I leave in for 10 at the bowl then apply conditioner over and really like the overall difference it makes. my clients seem to be loving it too! I dont know why someone said it smells bad and also dont know why someone said it made the ends brittle or strips the toner from blondes... maybe those stylists should do better?

Nothing changed with using this compare to the gloss shine in a shades process. Agreed with other reviews, left ends brittle like toner if used too often. Which is why it says to only use once a week. To me , it’s an extra process not worth drying out processed hair. Stick to conditioner and leave in treatment instead. I love Redken so much but this was a failure product.

I love the shine that this product give, it truly feels like I used a gloss on their hair.
