Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good! The acidic bonding concentrate line from Redken is a great line and this product is too. I wasn't thrilled with the shampoo and conditioner but I have been liking this leave in treatment. It isn't too heavy but you want to watch the amount you apply in the hair. I like that this product didn't make the hair crunchy and forms very soft curls. It defines the curls well and is easy to work with when forming curls. My only complaint is that the hair did get frizzy BUT that can be tamed with a serum. I'd take the little bit of frizz over wet looking crunchy curls any day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Moisturizes AND gives heat protection! I love Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate so much, I was so excited to try out this gift of Acidic Bonding Curls from Redken! After using the Redken Acidic Bonding Curls shampoo and conditioner, I very gently squeeze out as much water as possible and let air dry for a few minutes. I then work a small amount into my hair down to the ends. Curls soak up the moisture without feeling weighed-down! Now my hair is ready for blow drying and/or iron and is protected up to °450! Unbelievable. You must try!

My hair strands felt damaged - now the hair strand feels much smoother. I like it because I don't like to wash my hair every day and the shape of my curls lasted longer than usual, even just after the first use. I refreshed my curls when needed with just some water and some of the leave in. Each session consisted of all three products as a set.

[Employee of saloncentric] i’ve used the other redken acidic bonding leave in before and don’t get me wrong it worked well but for someone with damaged curly hair, i’d say this is 100% your best bet to use! this made my curls literally bounce after being so flat and dry for so long now. i actually feel like my hair is soft, moisturized, and my curls are bouncy!

I didn't notice a huge difference in my curl pattern but it did accentuate the natural wave of my hair which made styling it much easier. It takes VERY little to achieve your goal. I used too much the first time which left my hair looking & feeling greasy, but once I pinpointed how much was needed it worked really well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Redken is absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful they send me new products to test out. This new acidic bonding line for curly girls is a dream! If you haven't tried this line on your curly clients or even yourself if you're curly girl, you were absolutely missing out. Would just one use of their whole shampoo system and leave in conditioner. Your hair is visibly different and feels extremely soft to the touch. It's beautiful because it's a quick intensive treatment that literally takes your hair in a 180. I honestly also love recommending this as a take-home products for my clients.

My hair has held more of its curl shape than with other systems I have used. Of course Redken always smells awesome! Using the system as a whole, shampoo, conditioner and the leave in treatment, gives the best results. The leave in treatment makes your hair feel lovely. Make sure you grab yours asap and make your curls look and feel their best!

This means my hair takes a bit of a beating and doesn't always like to cooperate when I do want to wear it natural. This shampoo has been great. It has a rich lather that doesn't feel like its completely taking all the moisture out of my hair. My hair is soft afterwards and not weighed down. My hair is naturally curly, but for my own convenience, I wear it blown out and styled often. This means my hair takes a bit of a beating and doesn't always like to cooperate when I do want to wear it natural. The Leave-in treatment has been great for added moisture and manageability/ detangling. It's really nice as a stand alone for low maintenance curls on days where I don't feel like making the bigger effort. It's not so heavy that it can't be used as a "primer" for other curl products.

I used this product in addition to the Acidic Bonding Curls shampoo and conditioner. After using the shampoo and conditioner, I towel dried my hair and applied the leave in treatment. I didn't care for the citrus like scent. For my curly, sometimes frizzy hair, the product did not meet my needs. My hair did not feel moisturized or soft to the touch. After using the treatment, my hair seems to frizz and tangle more easily now. I do like that it is vegan and uses clean ingredients. However, I cannot recommend this product. I will stick to their other line for curly hair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for my hair type and porosity The Acidic Bonding Curls Leave-in Treatment is very creamy and easy to apply. I wish it defined my curls a bit more. I felt it moisturized my curls but I needed to apply a lot of the product. I paired it with the Redken Curl gel but it seemed the two did not pair well and made it hard to define and style my curls. No matter how much I applied by rewetting my hair in sections, the product would start to frizz up my hair. I would have loved to try the 5-minute mask before applying the Leave-in to see if that made a difference. Once my hair dried, it was stiff and looked dried. I feel it was just not for my hair type and porosity. (I received this product in exchange for my review)

I have been using for about 2 weeks with washing every 3 days or so and I am already noticing a difference in my hair texture and porosity. I really love this entire line. If you have permed hair like me or natural curl, this is the product to get!
