This powder lightener is blended into ultra-fine particles to ensure even lift from scalp to ends.

Ideal for on-the-scalp applications as well as highlighting with foil or meches.

How To

• Mixing ratio 1:1.5 or 1:2 for on + off-scalp applications

• In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part SNOWFALL lightener with 1.5 or 2 parts MOMENTUM Developer 5,10, 20, 30, or 40 volume.

• While wearing gloves, apply to dry hair.

• Process without heat for all on or off the scalp applications, up to 50 minutes depending on lift desired.

• For on the scalp applications mix with 5, 10, or 20 volume MOMENTUM developer.

• Rinse thoroughly.

It says to lift with no heat. I wanted to test it to see what it would do with heat and it processed normal. No breakage.

I had to go back over it with more product to re-saturate every time. I will not be purchasing this lightener again.
