FORMULATED WITHOUT:
• Fragrance, gluten, PPD, resorcinol, formaldehyde, parabens + silicones.
• Standard mixing ratio is 1:1. Mix 2 fl. oz. hair color with 2 fl. oz. MOMENTUM 5 Volume Liquid Developer.
• While wearing gloves, apply to dry or slightly damp hair.
• Process without heat up to 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
• For blended coverage, process up to 20 minutes at room temperature and rinse thoroughly.
