Apply a dime-sized amount to freshly shampooed hair, focusing on the midlengths and ends. Using your fingers, gently massage through hair. Wait 1-2 minutes. Rinse. So I have to start off by saying, while I do have ombre/highlights, they are covered with vivid semi-permanent colors, my base/natural color is very dark, like basically black. I asked my hairdresser about this before I tried it because I didn't want to ruin my vivids, but technically purple shampoo/conditioner can be good for dark hair too! It didn't impact my vivids in any sort of negative way. It made my hair feel good, clean, but not totally stripped like I've heard some purple shampoos can. It is strengthening, so it feels good for your hair.. I'd say similar to higher end "long and strong" shampoos are. It is a very rich blue-purple blurple, so I have no doubt that it would work really really well to keep brassiness out of blonde/blond hair. Lastly, let me emphasize this: this. smells. so. good. Like fruity and clean, so good. I will definitely continue using this product.

It has a good smell. Didn't see it did anything to my hair besides leaving it smelling good with a nice smell. I think they are better products out there that will do what this product intend to do to your hair.still hair looked yellow

Best Purple Conditioner
This is the deepest violet purple conditioner I've used. Therefore I believe it works the best. I've tried numerous others and this one stands out. It definitely kept my blonde looking good and not brassy.

First time ever using pureology and I have to say this won't be my last. I used the strength cure for blondes. The conditioner was extremely dark purple maybe closer to blue. I was a little nervous but it toned it out beautifully. My hair was extremely damaged before use and I could definitely feel a difference.
