Apply a quarter-sized amount to freshly shampooed hair, focusing on the midlengths and ends. Using your fingers, gently massage through the lengths of the hair. Wait 5 minutes. Rinse.

This hair treatment is amazing!
I have been using this Pureology Hydrate Softening Treatment and am in love with it! I have been coloring my hair from boxes that I've purchased at the store instead of going to a salon and the at-home hair coloring has really been drying my hair out. I've noticed over the past several months that my hair has been extra brittle, dry and dull. As soon as I squeezed a small amount of this treatment into my hand, I could feel the rich texture and after using it in my hair, I am in love! I have long hair that tends to tangle easily and my hair doesn't get tangled at all if I use this product. I am ecstatic to have found a weekly treatment that will keep my hair looking and feeling healthy. It's an added bonus that Pureology products are sulfate and paraben free as well as aren't tested on animals.

Smells Awful!
Sorry, but this just smelled horrible to me. It also seemed to dry out my hair more, which is something the hydrate line shouldn't do. Don't waste your money. Stay with Pureology Strength Cure instead, it's the best.

My hair is fine with no body and this nourishes my hair without weighing it down. I apply from mid length to ends and let sit until soft. A new staple for sure.
