Favorite Conditioner Ever
This is the absolute best conditioner I have used. It makes the hair so silky and soft and you only have to use a small amount. It detangles like nobody's business! I personally use it for my processed highlighted hair, but I also use it in salon on my clients. It makes my job soooo much easier and I am saving money by not going through so much product so quickly!

This was a supposed to be part of my order and I never received it. I was never informed about it not being sent. I reached out several times to customer service and have still gotten no help. They charged me for shipping on my order which was supposed to be free, but because they did not include this, I was charged for shipping.
I had to place a new order for this because I received no help or response and had to pay shipping for this again. This was due to Saloncentric’s error. I am very unhappy with the lack of help. I have reached out over 4 times and placed a claim over the phone and never heard back. If you order with them, keep in mind if you have any problems, they seem to just ignore it.
