Never received
This was a supposed to be part of my order and I never received it. I was never informed about it not being sent. I reached out several times to customer service and have still gotten no help. They charged me for shipping on my order which was supposed to be free, but because they did not include this, I was charged for shipping.
I had to place a new order for this because I received no help or response and had to pay shipping for this again. This was due to Saloncentric’s error. I am very unhappy with the lack of help. I have reached out over 4 times and placed a claim over the phone and never heard back. If you order with them, keep in mind if you have any problems, they seem to just ignore it.

Love this shampoo! A little goes such a long ways. This bottle easily lasts me the same time as a large liter bottle of less quality shampoo. Not to mention the Aveda-like smell. Love this!

Pureology Hydrate Sheer Conditioner. Great product
Highly processed with gray hair so getting my hair under control is a challenge. This conditioner does the trick. Only drawback is my hair gets flat quickly.
