Apply ProLific Non-Woven Strips on the skin to be epilated after wax is applied. Hold skin taut and pull strip quickly in opposite direction of hair growth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by dp07 from awful Went with the cheaper version and I should not have. Wax does not want to stick to the strip and I have to re press the strip on the end. Also sheds everywhere.... just pay the $6 for the better brand
